3.was planning on cleaning body w/ isopropyl alcohol before glueing?

not sure what there called the window alignment dowels?hopefully their still stuck to body, if not

4.will a car paint store have these dowels? Attached image.

update: I found one of the aglingment dowel I think there's only one hole for this dowel.

the glue appears to be a gasket, I don't see glue coming out a chaulk tube being so uniform.

the little bit of glass I knocked off was a pita, it would make much more sense to cut the gasket or glue off to get the broken glass off.

thanks for any tips if you feel like offering.
