Paint cost for repaint a berger panel by a pro?

Paint cost for repaint a berger panel by a pro? Yeah, I bought a black rear panel to go w/ my Pewter Z but the paint has seen better days (chipped and scratched). What would be the cost of getting it repainted while smoothed out the chipped/scratched paint w/ the same color? Am I better off doing the smoothing the imperfections then send it off to paint it?

It depends on if you want the true Berger look. The true Berger panels are a semi gloss black, some people just paint them gloss black but still call it the Berger panel. I painted mine semi-gloss with dupont hot hues matte clear over a black base coat, that clear costs a good bit more than regular gloss clear. I would still do a gloss panel for $100 or a semi-gloss for $150.
