Lightbulb hood repair question?

I am looking at a 97 firehawk hood that got dropped and the rear corner on the drivers side near the windsheild got broke off. about 1 1/2 was broken off. still has the peice. i was wondering how much it would cost to get repaired? (this is a fiberglass ram air hood)

by the way he wants to sell it to me for $300 with the airbox and K&N filter. Or would it be cheaper to find another hood?

And i got quoted $250 to paint the hood. (is that to much?)

it's not fiberglass. looks like it, but its not. its smc so make sure you use the right materials (sheet molded compound) it uses a different resin than fiberglasss. or you could put it back together with 3m panel bond, part #8115 thats probably the easiest way
