Default Anyone ever tried those dent poppers?

well i was backing out of the driveway a few days ago and i rubbed my quarter panel across the edge of my brothers cars plastic front bumper. it didnt rub any paint off or crease the metal or anything, it just kindof pushed it in as if someone kneed it. so i was wondering if i could pop this dent out with one of the dent poppers where you use some sort of suction cup with hot glue and two ams and you tighten it down until it pops the dent out? thanks in advance if anyone can help!

there not bad, but follow the directions and dont use too much glue, you might have to work at the dent 2-3 times , but there not bad
