Damage to rear bumper does it need replaced?

Ok, I backed lightly into a fence and my paint on my rear bumper is spider webed pretty good. My question is can it just be sanded and repainted or will i need a new bumper?

I backed out of a parking space and had a large suv clip the side and put a hole in it and they fixed it up perfect. So I would guess no.

if the paints just spidered than all u would have to do is sand the cracks out and repaint so no the bumper is fine
