So i just picked up a 87 iroc that my father and I will be restoring. can someone please enlighten me on the prep work. The car has very little rust but a bunch of small dings, chips, and dents. I plan on sanding and filling them but I will be repainting the whole car. Does the whole car need to be sanded before primer? i'm guessing that that wouldn't be a bad idea. how do I do this.
