paint work done now i have 3 warring lights on?

paint work done now i have 3 warring lights on? took my car to get some paint work done on the driver side door and the front bumper. After i left the ABS INOP,BRAKE,SERVICE LIGHTS came on i looked in the book nothing. But why should these light come on after some paint work?
