Default Painting a roll cage

What's the best, easiest, nicest thing to use when painting the cage. I realize you probably can't get all 3 but, I want it nice and durable but don't wanna get it on everything.

Not quite sure I understand what you're asking. Is the roll cage out of the car or are you trying to paint it inside the car?

Take all the seats out and mask everythign off. It will be tough but you should be able to use a spray can. You can use a brush for the top part of the tube where it is close to the roof?
