What about carbon fiber Berger panels? I kinda like that in some situations. My car's white and I'd like to have carbon fiber accents on it. Not like a hood or anything, but something like a front grille, emblems, and berger in cf would be pretty cool. I've never seen the bergers anywhere in cf, but RK Sport sells a grille.
This is one of the only guys who knows.. The rear panel SHOULD be Satin Black.. Thats the way they did it in 67-69.. (my dads 68 bigblock 396/375hp camaro is an original paint car) - done that way.. My 70 Bigblock 396/350hp camaro is satin black, the way they came from factory.. If you going to do the burger panel, do it right, and paint it satin black the way they came (not flat black, not gloss black) Ive bought an ss panel and plan on painting it this summer.. ID do it if i were you, but Satin Black.. lol

I wouldn't do it myself, however. The Berger panel mod is way overplayed IMO. It's no longer a mod to make you stand out, it's now a mod to blend in with the masses.

thanks will, Hey my car sticks out here in hawaii. I believe I am the only black camaro "4th gen" with it done. Also will be the second person to have the sunoco hood. Who can say that about the state they live in.
I have said it once and I'll say it a million times....I LOVE THE BERGER mod on just about every Camaro I've seen it on! I never get tired of seeing it.

My SS is dark blue and i did a Berger panel and stripes all in black. Not overpowering but in sun light it stands out a bit. When i get a black SS the panel will be satin black. The Earnhardt SS has the satin black and looks great. I say do it, you can change it latter.
