It's a "freedom designs" 3 inch spoiler. Those things look killer with a nice hood, had one on my 94 and at $160 brand new you can't go wrong. the sponsor LMperformance has them

I'm going to get a Sonoco hood and paint the side of the cowl black.
I got a quote of $150 to paint it black or body color doesn't matter.
$50 for mounting it.

Depends. If you're definatly getting a sonoco hood, I'd go black on the hood buldge and black on the spoiler. If no black on the hood.. leave the spoiler body color.
