Default Removing Pinstripes...?

How hard would it be to remove pinstripes? They're on a WS6 that I'm thinking of buying, however it's got some ugly pinstriping on it. Is there a safe and relatively easy way to remove pinstriping?

if there vinal use a 3m rubber wheel that you connect to a die grinder. If there painted on wet sand them off (but be very careful not to go thru the clear) and buff.
