Default how to remove tape

hey guys i pulled my moldings on my truck off and i need to know how to remove the double sided tape or something to put on it to remove it. please let me kno thanks

Well your best bet is your nails, or try to roll it off with your finger. Once you have it off and there is glue residue you can use rubbing alcohol to take that off. Put some on a cotton cloth and let it soak onto the glue and then start rubbing it will start coming off. There is also and aerosol can called gue be gone or something like that but i dont know where to get that stuff so i just use alcohol.

Use a plastic bondo knife and rubbing alcohol. Or if you have tuff finger nails.
Take your time it won't scratch your paint.

ok guys thanks for the help, my fingers are sore though lol but thats alright, i guess you gotta do it if ya want it painted. but thanks guys.

hey there is also a pinstripe remover that you put on the end of a drill, it works awesome for removing the tape! i think it is made of the same stuff they make penceil eraser's out of. oreillys should have them we use them at work all the time.
