Painted my bumper myself! It worked!
I first prepped the bumper and only painted the bottom half, as this was the only part that was damaged. Used Evercoat Polyester Glazing Putty, sanded, sprayed Bulldog Paint Adherer, painted and clear coated. I'm going to buff it out once it completely dries. It took about 1.5 hours and the color is right on. I have a slight line, but you practically have to lie on the ground to see it. Most of that will be gone once I buff it.
By the way, what can I apply to the black "Camaro" piece above it to restore the black color?
Here is the before and after:

Not too bad, I can see the line you are referring to as well as the flatened body line through the center. <----Dont take it the wrong way at all, I am a painter and am a whole lot more picky then most everyone when it comes to body and paint.
Damn good job again.

I know what you're talking about on refreshing the color. At Wal-Mart, near the touch-up paint,I saw I think it was Bondo brand product for black moldings I never have tried it but some people I've talked to about it said it didn't last more than a few months.
