You're probably thinking of Whistler's car. His car is actually a 99 and had T-tops from the start.

Also, the conversion was done almost five years ago so you'll have a hard time finding pictures. Imagine a car with no roof in middle, that's what it looked like.

My friends room mate in college has a Z28 with one. I'll have to see if hes got any pictures of it. He said he did all the work himself, But it started out as a coupe. But yes, It is possible. Maby I could even get the guys number from him, or at least find out how he did it and post it on here. I'll give him a call later once he gets out of work. I have never seen the car though, He only mentioned it to me at a car show.

I found pictures of a Camaro with it though, It looks pretty good in my opinion. I dont know who owns it though, But it probibly took a lot of work!

I have thought about this extensively, and have thought that you could take the roof and mounting bracktry from a c5 and fabricate all the parts you need to make it fit. It would be a huge pain in butt but would be cool as hell if done right.

I dont think it would be hard to cut the tbar off but fab-ing up a glass roof would be a pain in the ***.

Yeah, I guess if you took that way it wouldnt be that hard.. But starting from a coupe, then it probibly would be hard. It still would probibly take some time though.

No, you use the factory T top side attatchments, with a skin from a hardtop F body. There's much more to it than that, but that's the fundamentals.
