rattle can is ****!! I would never ruin the rear bumper with rattle can. After a couple of months to a year you will be regreting it.

if the bumper is properly prepped, rattle can works fine, mask the area your going to paint, scuff it with a gray scuff pad, red scuff pad is to course and the rattle can color will not cover the scratches, make sure there is no shiny paint, scuff really well, clean area with a degreaser and spray a couple coats of the color

yes you can prep and the paint will stick but what about the life of it. I know that no rattle can clear can look like automotive clear. Rattle can paint does not have any life the sun will burn it right out, and it will look faded. hey maybe you are going for flat black. lol thats your thing.

I'm not going to sit here and say it's going to be as good as getting done at a paint shop but it is definitely an alternative to if nothing else to see how it looks on your car until you have the money to have it done professionally.

I have a few accent peices that are Krylon Semi-Flat and they've been in the sun constantly for 2+ years... still look new... And some Turtle Wax Liquid Ice makes it look nice as well...
