Default when to wet sand?

ok if anyone could clear this up for me i would appreciate it. i'm not sure when to sand. when you sand the primer do you sand between each coat or just the last coat or do you never sand the last coat? same with color do you sand every coat or just the last coat? i have been told that you never sand the last coat of color. you sand the color coat then spray it again to even everything out and shoot the clear. Now when do you sand the clear? Every coat or just the last coat?

Whoever knows the answer to this question please post thanks

you block sand after primer surfacer. you dont sand base and you can color sand clear and buff it at the very end.

To be more exact you block sand after the third coat of primer to get all the inperfections out. Then you can seal if you need to if not go ahead and throw your base. After that (clear) and i would wait a couple of months before wet sanding and buffing. If you sand the clear too early it will haze up on you even if you bake it. You can light sand the clear and all the little nibs here and there, but dont go ape **** on it and try to take all the peel off because it will haze up on you, then buff.
