my front calipers were painted before i purchased my car. i do not know how long the paint has been on them and it is now dull. will i need to sand them down to paint them or will cleaning them and spraying over with the proper paint work.

 

I'm thinking of powder coating mine. Maybe someone else has some better ideas. I just want them to look good until they have to be replaced.

 

use caliper paint till you want to replace them i guess, but no matter what its going to dull evnetually. i would just powdercoat them so they look good.
