question on hood

question on hood i picked up a super cheap fiberglass ram air hood... it has all the factory bolt holes except the 4 holes for the hood struts.. the guy that sold me the hood sent me the plates for the 4 hood strut bolts. my question is.. what would be the best way to put those plates on? thanks in advance.
here are some pictures. (don't mind the crappy ness of it, still needs to be sanded and painted)

Just clean each side with alcohol and clamp it on there. LEt it dry for a day and it's on for keeps
