has nothing to do with the ease, it's just a matter of $450 for the part and $300 for paint. if you pay someone else to do it it'll cost about $1k+ in the end. i don't have that kinda money to spend on a 1/4" thick piece of SMC because GM screwed it up the first time around.

Does anyone have any pictures of this? I still never seen it. I just want to be prepared for this BS.
