What exactly is a CETA mod? I'm still new to most mods, (as well as the site). I know this is such a noob question, but what exactly is the CETA mod?

It's when you paint the lower part of your rear bumper black or dark grey...

CETA MOd is when you paint the bottom part of your bumper another color than your color. Mostly black, they call it the CETA mod because it was done on the Collectors Edition Trans Am - hence CETA
