lacquer paint? Is it any good....i was wondering if i could use it to paint some pieces. Its pretty cheap at autozone.

Depends on what pieces, and if you expect it to match. If you're dead set on saving money, I can't stop you, but I should tell you that I think lacquer paint is crap: dulls quicker, chips easier, etc.

Laquer is about 90% thinner to like 10% pigment. It takes so many coats to give a decent base. Not only that but they dont sell good quality thinner anymore. If i'm not mistaken they are making it illegal due to that ozone regulation crap.
