ghost flame paint jobs
ghost flame paint jobs i need some pictures of cars with ghost flames mostly that are black with grey flames. i am going to get my car painted like this and i need some pics so the painter can get an idea and also if the car had some blue or purple pearl it would be great also and thanks in advance...
Man usually if you go with a gost flame it usually consist of pearls on black. You can make a really light silver and make it a greyish tint if thats what you want but on black i have always just used pearl and sprayed very lightly. I mainly just paint motorcycles but its the same concept. Using grey will make it stand our more and it wont be a ghost flame unless he over-reduces it and then it will just look like small sparkles.
Extremely hard to see in pictures, but here ya go.....It's from a Chevy Vega I painted a little while ago. It's a red pearl flame.
Note: I painted the car, but only taped off the flames, all the flame painting was done by my paint teacher.
