^^those are NOT flat black, flat black looks like ****, those look nice, those are satin black, much more glossy than flat.....but if it is not professionaly, it will look like ****, and thats not worth ruining your nice paint job....

I am color blind and I don't think it looks good at all. MMM would have lost the color thread had it been added at the beginning. I like to refer to it as burgundy. I'm not a fan of flat black either. I've thought about getting my camaro painted satin black before, but don't have the money.

You people calling MMM "purple" are either colorblind or never learned your colors appropriately in grade school..

I agree that it deffinately is maroon and thats what I would call it. Although I can see where ppl would get the idea that its kinda purple-ish yet red so they call it purple anyways. Its at the far end of the spectrum so its in the general area. I mean nobody is saying its green or something. On the other hand, Navy Blue Metallic can look purple at times....its a blue-ish purple obviously. Both NBM and MMM are bad **** colors IMO.

Now for flat black, I'm gunna say most ppl are thinking of the hodrod look which is more of a Matte anyways. I had a friend get his TA professionally done in I think Dupont's hotrod black and it looks pretty nice to me.

ok guys none of us are gangster rappers so can we stop use'n the term "murdered out" makes me think of foggel from superbad. anyways. i had two trucks there were matte black and yea i loved it, dnt think its the color for a camaro but whatever. and yes it will lower the resale value of ur car. so if u wana spend money to make it less valuable have it at. but if ur like me and bought the car to have fun with and not sale it then do it. its your car do what u want.

Here's a couple of pics that I have handy. One is when it was under construction a while back so don't mind it being dirty as hell and no brake light in the spoiler!
