Default Front Bumper support removal help. Trans Am

I was trying to pull off the front bumper support of of my trans am, I think I got all the bolt's off of it but seems like I have to take off the bumper to remove it. The foam sits all the way to the front of the bumper and looks like I need to pull it foward to remove. Anybody know how to take the front bumper support off of a Trans Am? Does the bumper have to come off?
I already tried the search.
Thanks in advance

I almost got it off without pulling the bumper off but I had to yank on the bumper too much so I ended up just pulling it off to make thing easier.

Yes the front bumper cover has to come off, not worth stretching the bumper cover and bending in awkward directions when u have 5 bolts on each fender and the bumper cover comes right off including unplugging electronics. Should take you like 10 mins at most, IMO id just take it off to make it easier to put back in as well.

What support are you talking about? Theres a radiator support theres a support that holds up the front bumper cover, then theres the steel bumper itself?
