Default Envirobase Paint

Was wondering if any one has experience shooting this paint? We have this system in the shop and it takes alot longer to get cars done than with our old system (Deltron 2000) Anyone have any pointers or techniques to get cars done?

Thanks

Envirobase is the manufacturer? Is it waterbourne? Why does it take longer to get cars done?

It is waterbourne paint and it takes long to dry. we have to use some special blowers to dry it between coats.

Why are you using waterbourne? Getting prepared for the urethane/polyester ban? I've never had a reason to mess with waterbourne.

Texas have a low VOC rule? When is said new rule go into effect? We dont have to worry about that here in central IL. Which is good I like my paint system.

Try blowing air across the panel, not directly at it, this will help the drying time. The dry time should be equal if not faster than the solvent based systems.
