I've never seen anyone wetsand between coats of base. The only sanding I do to my base is nib the trash out with 1000 grit, but that's just a few spots here and there.

i have its usually somethin u do to get all the orange peel u can out so u dont have to cut and buff as much but only done on $40,000 paint jobs lol mostly show stuff thats never driven

but if u lay the sealer real smooth then u will be ok

trash in base is better than fingers in clear


people like to touch shiny stuff lol

thank god for bake cycles
