"Sigh." Here we go again with the "keeping it pure" nonsense. Like SS's and WS6's are holy like the bible or something.
Look, the Sunoco is an interesting look that you seem to like so buy it and love it. I on the other hand prefer the look of the SS hood, but to each their own. Just be happy with your car and keep the SS hood for later, if you can afford to do it...

this is the same dilema im having, but i want the 3" SS jsut "cuz its an SS and needs to stay pure".... actually i just think hthe 3" SS looks sick and want a little change from the 2 other pewter SS's in my area

Hell I might as well chime in on this old thred. I have a Z28 so I went with the Sunoco hood. Ordered it yesterday.. UGG I hate waiting. LOL! A Z28 with an SS hood is just wrong. The SS hood looks nice, but my car is not an SS and I do not want my car to look like an SS. In your case I would go with the 3" SS style hood from VFN because your car is an SS. Either hood will look way better than just a 1 in a million regular every day SS camaro.

Ive debated the same exact decision and decided that (in my opinion, of course) it really depends on the color. On my car (pewter), I like the SS hood much better. For yours, I think it can actually go either way, but I'd give the win to the SS.
