Default 01 Z06 in for paint

Well about 3 months ago my Z06 got keyed by an ex employee of mine. Well after months of fighting with the insurance company, I finally settled with them and the car is now in paint. I figured I would post up some pics to show you guys the way she looks. Its kinda scary but I wanted it done this way b/c I feel its the right way(no tape lines). The front bumper is still on the car in these pics but you get the idea. Car should be done within the next 2 weeks then its off to the trans shop for a new clutch, completely built 6 speed and a set of 3.90's, and I also have a Magic Stick 4 cam kit waiting for install right afterwards

I'm sorry about the issues you've had to go through but I bet you will be happy with the new glossy paint

No, I am sticking with the factory black. I might go with a little metalic flake though, but not sure yet

Wow, almost looks like a mini truck with the rear panels removed

Congrats on winning the battle with the insurance

Glad to see your taking the extra effort to have it painted the right way. No matter what, the body shop seems to always manage to overspray somewhere. Or there will be a noticeable tape line. cant wait to see the finished product.
