Gloss black.

Take a look at a 2003-4 mustang under the hood, and the look at a 2003-4 Cobra, the clear coated engine bay looks MUCH better over time, and can be cleaned much easier.

Gloss black for sure. My buddy has a SS with flat black and it looks like **** and looks dirty no matter what you do to it.

personally i wouldnt paint the heads. i would just do the block and intake. im painting my car dark spiral gray and i was originally gunna do a black engine bay but then decided against it because it almost seems that painting it the color of the car will look more professional. and if you want to go with a semi gloss product i recommend a standox or spies and hekkers ralley matte finish black. its a single stage 2k product so it lays down extremely smooth and it doesnt have any find of rough feel to it. feels almost like a clear coat when your finished. or another thing that you could do if you decide to go with satin or flat black is used a flattening agent in the clear or spies and hekker has a semi gloss clear coat which is awesome as well.

Bed liner spray is heavy and does not belong under the hood of a sports car. Plus it cant hold up to heat the same way as paint I dont think. Just my 2 cents.

gloss black would be nice but i would want to do a silver like the lighter color of your side stripes. I think that would set the engine bay off nice. IMO the hoses, wires, and misc. stuff is already black and would blend in. Plus it would brighten up the look also. But between gloss and flat black i would say gloss.

Go gloss black. That'll look nice with the yellow.
