Default ceta mod. stupid question i think ;-)

Hey sorry for this stupid question.
I would like to know how much of the bumber I have to paint.
Can you look at the pic i added and tell me which number is normal for the ceta mod.
or do you have a pic which shows exactly this.

Take a peek at mine below. Mine would be where every piece of black is touching on #3 on your chart. Hope this helps!!

I vote #4 where the whole channel is painted, but not the inside edge of the upper piece. #3 shows that the paint line is in the MIDDLE of the channel, right? If so...#4!! Swat

exactly 3 was the middle od the channel.
4 is the whole channel but without the inside of the upper edge.

Then i'll do #4.

One question.
Is it easier to dismount the rear bumper or is it possible to do it when its mounted?
