Bad day today, got hit by a lifted f250 that didnt see me. Barely 5mph or even less.
Quarter and the pillar and hatch are screwed. I can tell rear suspension is not happy either. So do you guys think it is totalled or will the insurance company fix it?

It depends on the book value on your car, that's going to cost at least 3K to fix even at the lower rates insurance companies get from shops. If the cost of the repair is 75-80%(sometimes less sometimes more) of the value of the vehicle they will total it.
EDIT: beat me to it...

I have also seen numbers at about 80% for insurance claims. That is really a horrible spot to get hit and some pretty bad damage since it even managed to mess up the top piece. So is that a tire mark on the drivers door then?

hehe I busted a hole in my front bumper, squished my rims and tires in a wreck and did 11,000 dollars worth of damage to my 99 ws6 with 78,000 miles on it and they still fixed it, they said it was worth it. so yay maybe it will work out for you

Well look at the bright side, at least you'd get a new roof out of it and any roof bubble issues you may have will be gone. Assuming they fix it that is, that looks bad. 5mph huh? sheer mass of the truck I guess.
At least he/his insurance is footing the bill, either to repair or replace.
