That kit seems like a bunch of work. It turned out cool, but they had to lengthen the stock camaro out to fit the body and such. I'll stick with a regular 4th gen.

you would be crazy to pay for that its so much money

I forget the price, but it was over 50 grand for sure!

You can buy complete 1st gen body shells for like 10K and get them with modern suspension/running gear already installed for around 15K. There are a few places selling the shells manufactured by Dynacorn or something like that, but I don't remember where I saw them in rolling chassis form.

I think Year One sells the new body shells. As far as the conversion on a 98-02 I would think it would be cheaper to buy a restored camaro and put the LS1 in it. There would be a metric shitload of work tied up in doing one of those conversions.

i dont really understand the meaning behind doing this, why not just go buy a 69 camaro? People buy 1998+ camaros because of the look..right, so why would you change it down to a 69
