Does anybody....?
I am going to get my car painted from the artic white to a sunset orange. I was thinking about doing a white primer and then doing the sunset orange over that so it would make it pop out more. Then possibly doing a mettalic flake in the clear coat. Does any body who paints or maybe someone have something similar, have any advice on how this would turn out?

If you use white sealer it will just take like 20 coats of paint just to cover the white but won't make it pop (must have watched too much pimp my ride). If you want it to pop more you might wanna think about adding a pearl to it somewhere along the line, either in the paint it self or on top of the paint but not in the clear. The thing with adding pearl over top of an already metalic color is it wont flop it will just give you a more metallic look. So if you want it to "POP" more you could probally put either an Orange pearl over top or maybe some kind of light red pearl..... but not much like one wet coat and that's it. The best thing to is to play around with it and spray test panels and see what you like best.
