I'm going to be repainting my SS 10 spokes which have chrome peeling. What would be the best solution/chemical to strip the chrome. It is peeling were sanding wont work. And I dont want to have to buy tools to get the chrome off. What would be the best way to get this chrome off so I can repaint them black?

I've heard people mention chemicals that strip chrome before. I don't know what they were, but a google search might help.
