Mike454, is there a link to where you saw the panel for sale or did you go to the dealership?
If you go to the gmpartsdirect online catalog, you can find the PN's and then you can also see GM list pricing as well as the GMPD pricing...they usually charge a lot for shipping...but "their" pricing should be comparable to what you can get from a dealer if you're friendly with the parts guy.

as far as shipping gos ..make sure they pack , wrap, bubble , tape etc, etc .. the 1st one i bought , the ups driver said it was lying FLAT in the back of the truck busted to peices even the next one came cracked .. pay the extra for a " good packing job "LOL

just stay on I85 ..call me when you hit greenville ..i'll tear it off oh have it painted and we'll knock it out in about 1 1/2 hour

I bet if you let it sit out in the heat on a sunny day it will help it come off easier and a head gun too.

Default Sail panel / XM antenna

Does anybody besides me think that would the perfect time to add a permanantly mounted satellite antenna to the sail panel? I am going to replace my sail panel sometime around the first of year and am seriously thinking adding the antenna to it. Of course I would use one from a corvette due to the fact they are a little more of a lower profile. Has anybody done this yet?
