Why does everyone hate on the Ford Probe GT? Had it been RWD I would have supported it killing off the Mustang (2nd gen mind you).

I own one still and the wife has the mirror twin the Mazda MX6. Mazda designed that whole vehicle ford just did the appearance on there model. *Shrugs*

But then I have done lots of strange stuff with those little 2.5L V6's... Including making the daily driver that is almost done being rebuilt to go to 9000 rpms with the strange intake manifold I am working on mass producing... *Shrugs*.

Anyway I agree it looks like an FD and I guess the Probe too. I am not sure I like it but I do not like the two offered. The one off is great but frankly no one else has it... I know I wish I did because I want to remove mine and do something like it.

But I personally do not think it looks horrible... just not completely right either... *Shrugs* However with my off topic rambling on the KL and the Probe I am sure I will hear something...

Exactly-the 4th 'gen T/A is perfect, physically...

 

If I saw it I'd give props for being unique. They all look the same.

 

that's exactly why I just put a T/A hatch and spoiler on my Formula

 

A TA without a spoiler looks like a fly after you pull the wings off of a fly.

 

What would everyone think of the late 70's early 80's style? I know the sides would def be some work to fit but the rear should not be as bad I hope. I just grabed one for 30.00 and I plan on seeing what I can do.

I changed from the Formula to the TA Hatch (A Nice Fiberglass one too lol) but I just do not like that everyone has that Spoiler or the other one... kinda hard to stand out.

 

I look forward to seeing how that 70's lip spoiler goes for you. Please take some work-in-process pics to show what you have to do to modify. Let me know if you want some photos of the Heritage TA's spoiler, I have several.

I think it looks good wingless from the side view, but from the rear....just doesn't look right.
