I would like your thoughts

I have a Black LT1 Trans Am with the LS1 style ws6 hood. My buddy is willing to airbrush my hood for free and I was thinking of your guys's thoughts on If I was to have him airbrush the fire chicken on the hood of the car and have it done in a dark silver color. Anyone have pics or ideas on what to do?

me personally i dont find the bird on the ls1 hood to look good at all... but hey thats just me, ive seen a few around here that have it and i just dont like it

because its not a flat-style hood like back in the day it will just look odd, thats why htye didnt have them out of the factory, along with the stripes the old camaros had, versus the new ones that dont have them out of factory, unless the 2002 SSLT

Just my opinion ... but Y not try something different? If the bird is what yu wanna go with, customize it. He's an airbrush artist sit down with him and come up with a design that is truly one-off. Burt reynolds and YearOne did it, and that one of the hottest TA's ever! Keep it hott and make it yours...... and worse case scenario... If yu don't like it.....It was FREE!!! lol

screaming chicken = awesome

ws6 hood does not have the lines to do justice on a full size bird unless omething very custom and unique was done. imo for it to look rigt the hod has to be mostly flat
