Default Patching Holes from Mud Flaps

Ok so I need to patch some holes in my fender from when the dealer originally screwed in mud flaps... There are about 4-6 screw holes where each mudflap used to be and it looks really bad.

I was wondering what the best way to patch these would be? What material should I use? Will I be able to just do a touch up without painting the whole lower fender and back bumper? I don't have too much experience with painting, but I did successfully rattle can my front bumper and berger panel, so I can sort of get around.

Sorry, I can't really take pics right now, but here's a picture to give you an idea of where I'm talking about. Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

I would just put some of those plastic rivets in there. You could even paint them to match.

it won't look perfect unless you blend the paint into the fenders. Pics of the bumper? I can't believe you successfully rattle canned it!

Here's the best picture of the bumper I have. The only thing is that I still need to find a way to bring the shine out of the clearcoat. Maybe I didn't hit it with enough rubbing compound and polish? Suggestions on that would be appreciated as well.

So it look like the best option at this point is the rivets? I don't really want to have 6 rivets showing, but i guess it will have to do

You can get them at Home Depot in the fix-it bins.
