Mass is giving me Doubts
I weighed my car twice. One at a place we have here in the city and another where my dad works. They both marked an astonishing 2900 pounds with no driver! I told some friends and they said that its wrong, that it should weight 3400 at least....WTF? would two scales actually lie to me???
Anybody has info on the weights of our cars???
there was a thread around LS1 tech that I saw a long time, and if im not mistaken it said that 1998 Formulas weighed 3,1__ something...reported made my MotorTrend
wonder if MotorTrend is putting correct n true info!

i know that when my dad bought his brand new 2002 ws6 vert the factory build sheet states 4480 and some change. Granted its a vert, your still looking at over 4k even for the skinny-by-comparison formies out there.

any weight reduction on your part or any previous owners?
according to http://www.internetautoguide.com/car...626/index.html it says its
1587kg which = 3491.4 pounds. but i think thats probably with full tank spare/jack etc.
yours might actually be that light. its kinda hard to believe that two scales are wrong.
btw.. why is this in the paint and body work section?
