Get the car repainted or save the stock? I am wanting to get my car a new paint job. I will be keeping the stock blk color. The paint that is on there now is like new but the frt has some chips and the rear bumper has a spider crack. Should I just repaint the car or should I paint the frt and back bumpers and just color sand and buff the rest. How much should a paint job cost? A real good show quality paint?
just paint the bumpers, and get everything else buffed good. idk about wetsanding the stock paint....not much clear is used from factory. youll be amazed what a buffer can do though

thats what i will be doing shortly.
once my ss hood comes in i will have the hood, front bumper, back bumper, cme valance and mirrors painted. imo, its not worth it to paint the rest of the car when it still in great condition.
i was thinking of doing about the same thing but i've heard that buffing is only a temp fix that the dull paint will show through after a little while. Sorry about the hijack
