go ahead and make a scene I do not care.... I will show everyone the PM's and how I responded back to you even offered you a refund (that you refused), you wanted me to send you your item and then pay me shipping (not going to do that) now you filed a claim and they have a freeze on my acct, I sent you the first part of your order, and you requested a full refund unfortunately until you either escalate it to paypal claim, or cancel the dispute I can not do anything.

and so that everyone knows what is going on here is the issue.
He bought a bumper and headlight covers
I charged him a certain shipping charge that I thought would be reasonable.
shipping refused to ship, said had to go freight, shipped the headlight covers
explained this to buyer
said that I would refund the money, sd no
wants me to ship and then pay
he filed a dispute for the full amount including what was already shipped.
Just so everyone knows.
Also every other person has received there item, I have 35+ positive feedback and have been on here for a very long time. So again bash me all you want I did everything that I could and was in constant contact with him.

Here is the deal, I bought parts from you for $325 shipped, you then realize you did not investigate shipping prices and sit on the bumper for over 3 weeks. I then tell you I feel bad for you underestimating the shipping and I will split the shipping, but I will not send any more money until I have a tracking number, you do after all already have over$300 of my money.
Finally you say that you will not ship so I ask for a refund and file a dispute to cover my ***. Paypal only let's you dispute the full amount of the transaction which is why the full amount is in dispute.
We agree that you will refund $190, but I have to drop the dispute because your paypal acct is frozen. I call paypal to get resolution of 190 and they tell me your acct is not frozen. They also recommend that I file the claim, so I do. That is where it stands, you owe me 190, **** open a new paypal acct if you have to to get me my money. I just want a fair resolution.
Moral of the story: do some investigation before you make a shipping quote or stick to your original contract.
