I have an 08 LQ9 or now known as an LY6 long block for sale. Came out of a 2008 chevy 2500. The truck was totaled during a delivery. The truck only had 12 miles on it. Comes with the Iron block and 823 aluminum heads. Simple install of a cam and this motor is capable of 400+. I thought it would drop right into my escalade but i was wrong. what happened to the crank pully,,broken off?... was motor dropped?

 

Crank pulley was cracked during the accident and when we went to pull it of it broke off. The motor was not dropped. The truck was on a transporting truck and fell on its side.

You are making this very tempting if it will fit one of my F bodies.

I think its because this is a vvt motor.
