There is no reluctor wheels. This is a non TCS rear. The drain hole is down at the bottom of the rear. The fill hole is at the very top. Why its in the position is for Moser to answer. They built the rear, I just use it. 
On a rear end, your not going to be changing your diff fluid as regular as you would be engine oil etc (Im sure you know that) There are no bearings pressed onto the axles. What pictured in the pictures is everything thats included. You seem very interested in this. Shoot me a PM or Call and maybe we can work something out? Anytime bud. Its great to do business, but its even better to be able to put a face to the screen name. This summer will be great. I signed up on your board, so Ill keep a look out for events, etc....Look for another package in the next few days.
