Just a suggestion, but you might want to consider shipping it! Probably would have had cash in hand a long time ago!! Why post on the national sales section if not willing to ship? Strange.....

 

I realize I may have had it sold by now if I was willing to ship, but I really don't want to do that unless I absolutely have to. Living in the 5th largest city in the United States, I hope that finding a local buyer is not an unrealistic goal.

As far as posting it here in this section being 'strange', I did not realize this was for national sales only. When I originally made the post, it asked if the item could be shipped or not, and I replied 'No' to that question.
