The gasket that came with it was really thin and broke, so I bought gasket material and cut my own gasket for it, you can see it in the picture. The metal plate above the throttle body is used to connect it to a stock intake manifold LS1/LS6. This throttle body has a screw in it so you can adjust the wide open throttle point.

Throttle body is going to be pending payment till Friday, (waiting for payment to clear). I'll update everyone Friday night, and go down the list if it doesn't sell to the first guy that messaged me.
Does no one need differential fluid? lol
This all this fluid cost me 40$ originally, including the suggested additive.
