its a lq4 not the lq9 .The lq9 has flat top pistons..the lq4 pistons are dished..blocks are the same.

the motor came out of a 35k mile truck and the crank looks good but im not sure of the year is their anythink distinctive i can look for on the block or crank to tell

well i believe the 99 and 2000 6.0s had a longer crank snout. is it a 24 or 58 tooth reluctor wheel?

Im not near the crank right now by it will be a.drop in deal to a fbody and bolts up to a 4l60 e It was in a ws6. For a little bit about 4500 miles
