Did these come out of a Silverado SS by chance. Im looking for another set for my SSS to get PnP'd so Im interested. Have anything else been done to these heads besides the addition of the L92 springs? Also have they been checked?

They came off my personal truck. They were on my LQ9 running perfectly, and I upgraded to L92's. When I upgraded, I took the new springs out of my L92's , installed them in the 317's and was going to shelf them for a later project. They need nothing done to them they are bolt on and go.
