Nitrous Outlet LT1 Monoblade plate kit. Comes with everything except a bottle. Includes a Nitrous Outlet LT1 microswitch and bracket that bolts to the TB. Put it on the car and never sprayed it. Never even put a bottle in the car. Changed intake set ups before I ever had a chance to use it. My loss, your gain. Heres a link to the kit:
