1) Black w/Chrome "Camaro" decals, Fuel Rail Covers for the 1998-2002 Camaro application.

2) Bright Red w/Black WS6/Phoenix decals, Head & Intake Plates for the 2001-2002 WS6 vehicles. (Trans Am or Formula. Earlier models, 1998-2000 have the EGR system in the way. So unless you've removed the EGR & replaced with the LS6 design intake, they won't work for ya.)
Head Plate will include the four stainless steel button-head bolts.
Intake Plate simply rests in place

Are the decals underneath the clear? Also the plate that sits on the intake, does it need double side tap or is it just a tight fit?

Yes, under.
Mine has just sat in place for over 5 years or more.
Double-sided tape, or dab of silicone, or ..., but not necessarily required.
