I have for sale a z28 cluster (156k miles on odo) with one of those colored overlays (you can choose either blue or green and adjust brightness). I just don't have the little control box for brightness and color select switch. They are pretty common backlight kits so I'm sure you can find just the controller somewhere. The cluster glass face has like i small crack in it (very easily replaced). PM ME if interested $100 shipped. Here are some pics:
